Privacy.
How this website handles personal data. Last updated: 8 October 2026.
Who is responsible
The data controller for this website is Marco Sfogli. For any privacy request, write to info@marcosfogli.com.
No cookies, no tracking
This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers or social media plugins. Fonts and all other files are served from our own server, so visiting the site does not send your data to third parties.
Server logs
Like every website, our hosting provider, Aruba S.p.A. in Italy, automatically records technical data such as IP address, browser type and the time of each request. These logs are used only to keep the site secure and working, and are kept for a limited time according to the provider's policy.
Contact form and email
The contact form does not send or store anything on this website: it opens your own email app with the message already addressed. When you write to us by email, we use your address and message only to reply, and keep them only as long as that conversation requires.
Links to other websites
Lesson links lead to JTC Guitar, and the social links lead to Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and Spotify. Those websites have their own privacy and cookie policies. Lesson links include a referral code, so JTC Guitar can recognise that you came from this site and apply the 10% discount.
The “Buy on Thomann” button on the Gear page is an affiliate link. When you follow it, Thomann sets its own cookie on its website for 14 days to recognise that you came from this site; if you buy the guitar, Marco receives a small commission at no extra cost to you. No cookie is set on this website.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to its use, by writing to info@marcosfogli.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
